Wil Darling
Owner/CDT
The head dental technician and owner, Wil Darling, is NBC Certified Dental Technician and his CDT speciality is in Complete Denture. He graduated with his Associates in Dental Sciences from the Community College of the Air Force, and also from San Jacinto College with his Business Arts. He is also in pursuit of his Business Management, Entrepreneurship Certificate I. Wil started his Dental Laboratory journey in 2006, when he joined the United Stated Air Force. He served for 10 years and did multiple tours to Iraq and Afghanistan during Iraqi Freedom. During this journey he has been team leads for multiple dental laboratory departments. While NCOIC of his lab on Andersen A.F.B, Guam as well as Kirkuk, Iraq. Wil has 2 children who are his world. Wil enjoys playing golf and is currently a 7 handicap.
Orlando Rosales
Manager
Orlando has 10 years of Fixed Dental Laboratory experience. He is well rounded in CAD/CAM software and 3D printing technology. Orlando is always staying up to par on the latest equipment and software coming out. Orlando has a passion of making the best appliances for the patients. Orlando does have the goal of getting his CDT in digital this year. Orlando also has high hopes that his work will continue to improve the smilies of the community and encourage our patients to have more self-confidence to have a better quality of life.
